Venti-Works is seeking a technician to join the company’s Customer Service Department

Functions

• After-sales service management
• Coordination of incoming and outgoing calls  
• Attention to queries and incidents
• Scheduling of visits by technicians
• Follow-up and closure of incidents
• Collaboration with the technical department

Requirements

• Spanish and Catalan bilingual (English desirable)
• Ease of communication
• IT knowledge of Office, ERP, etc …
• Knowledge in ventilation installations will be valued
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
